Maternity sessions take place outdoors from June through October in Edmonton and
in-studio all year long!
As a mom of two, I know how fleeting and extraordinary this season is. Maternity sessions are designed to celebrate the beauty of your growing family and preserve the anticipation, connection, and love you feel before your baby arrives.
Whether you prefer the timeless simplicity of an indoor studio session or the soft, natural beauty of an outdoor session, I’ll gently guide you through flattering poses and natural moments that make you feel beautiful and confident.
These sessions are about more than your growing belly—they’re about the love, excitement, and connection that already exists between you and your baby. Years from now, I hope these images bring you right back to this incredibly special time, before you ever held your little one in your arms.
In-studio maternity sessions include use of all studio dresses. As well, both in-studio and outdoor maternity sessions come with a prep guide with What to Wear information and much more.

She responded quickly to my email and was able to accommodate my request for an evening shoot because of my husband’s work schedule. Since then she’s done my son’s newborn, 7 month milestone and cake smash photos at her in home studio. She is always so calm and puts all of at ease. DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR BOOKING A MATERNITY AND NEWBORN SESSION TOGETHER?
If you book both your newborn and maternity session as a package you will receive a free sitter mini session (excludes wrapped newborn mini session). Please inquire for full package details.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY MATERNITY PHOTOS?
Ideally for when you are 34-37 weeks pregnant so that you are showing prominently but not at risk for delivering before your baby arrives.
CAN I BRING EXTENDED FAMILY TO MY MATERNITY SESSION?
Maternity sessions are for immediate family only.
DO YOU PROVIDE MATERNITY DRESSES?
Yes, I have a lovely variety of maternity dresses available for in-studio maternity sessions. Please inquire for details.
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO LOCATED FOR IN-STUDIO MATERNITY SESSIONS?
My in-home studio is located in the Edgemont neighbourhood, exact address is given out at the time of booking.
WHERE DO YOU TAKE OUTDOOR MATERNITY PHOTOS?
I have a variety of locations around the city but primarily shoot in the west and south west. I will let you know where your session will take place approximately 1 week prior. I base my location choice on the current scenery, lighting and weather.
DO YOU TAKE A DEPOSIT?
Yes each session has it's own designated deposit amount, that amount comes out of the cost of the session. For example, if you're booking a family session the cost is $550, there is a $100 deposit that is paid at the time of booking and then the remaining $450 is due the day of the session.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL PHOTOS FROM MY SESSION?
Yes, additional images are available for purchase at a cost of $25 each {this includes a black and white version}. Additional images can easily be chosen within your proofing gallery.
CAN I HAVE ALL OF THE IMAGES FROM MY SESSION?
I do not give out or sell unedited images. The images you receive from your session will be the allotted amount provided with your session.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS, CANVAS or ALBUMS?
Yes, prints, canvases and albums are all available for purchase. Please inquire for a full pricing list.
